The system has the flexibility to support the expanding needs of multicolor flow cytometry assays. The BD LSRFortessa has an established platform for multicolor analysis with automatic compensation calculations.
In addition to manual tube loading, there is an option to use a high throughput system loader for 96 and 384 well plates. BD FACSDIVA software is used to acquire data and the exported data files can be analyzed in the FlowJo software in two independent working stations. The machine is very easy to handle and usually users work independently following short training.
