The Light Microscopy Unit supports light-based microscopy including confocal, widefield and live imaging.

Flow Cytometry is the measurement of suspension of single cells as they flow one by one and pass laser beams with the resulting light scatter and fluorescence emission detected and analyzed.

The NGS and Molecular Biology Unit offers a broad range of services for high-throughput sequencing experiments, including experimental design, library preparation, and sequencing.

The Histology Unit delivers a high standard of service in histological techniques. The Unit provides access to the equipments, producing fast and accurate results for our researchers.

The In Vivo Imaging Unit offer a high standard of services related to imaging techniques. The unit provide training and access to the equipment, producing fast and accurate results.

It is designed to accommodate mice in IVC cages under SPF conditions. The services provided include breeding, quarantine, reverse light cycle, behavior tests, maintenance, procedure rooms, and an imaging center Five rooms are designated as a professional area for investigators to carry out examinations, observations, manipulations, and procedures.
